At Brimful Brew, we believe discovering exceptional tea should be a joyful experience. Every tea is carefully sourced, expertly blended, and hand-packed to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

If your first cup isn't the perfect match for your palate, we're here to help.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at support@brimfulbrew.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.

Our Tea Guarantee

We understand that choosing loose-leaf tea online is a personal experience. If you purchase a 4 oz pouch and discover it isn't the right fit for your taste, we'll happily provide a one-time store credit for the purchase price of that tea (excluding shipping).

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • This guarantee applies to one 4 oz loose-leaf tea per customer.
  • Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the tea only and does not include shipping charges.
  • This guarantee does not apply to 1 lb bags, sample sizes, gift sets, tea accessories, or promotional items.
  • Because our teas are food products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened tea packages.

Our hope is that this guarantee gives you the confidence to explore new teas and discover your next favorite blend.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email support@brimfulbrew.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and its packaging

We'll promptly replace the item or provide store credit at no additional cost.

Store Credit

Store credit expire one year after issue date.
