At Brimful Brew, every order is carefully packed to ensure your tea arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States using trusted carriers, including UPS Ground and USPS, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided, we may ship your order via USPS or contact you for an alternative shipping address.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible destinations.

Please note that expedited shipping speeds apply only after your order has been processed. Standard processing times still apply before your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, destination, and selected shipping method. You'll always see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Pre-Orders

As we begin our inaugural launch, some items may be available for pre-order. If your order contains pre-order products, your shipment will be dispatched once those items become available. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page whenever applicable.
